My Approach & Values

My values are based on integrity and respect. I believe in caring for the whole person and providing compassionate and thoughtful care to all patients. I recognize the patient’s come from all backgrounds, and it is important to know who they are and care for them with this in mind while aligning with my own beliefs.

I believe it is important to understand their values and figure out a comprehensive way to incorporate that into the way I practice.

I make sure to listen to all my patient’s concerns and needs, provide adequate education, and care for the whole patient and their family as necessary.

Meet Victoria E. Richione

Victoria E. Richione is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than seven years of experience in women’s health. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Scranton, including a minor in counseling. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Victoria completed her education by earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Advent Health University in Orlando, Florida.

Victoria knew from a young age that she wanted to be a nurse. She said, “For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed helping and caring for people. After completing nursing school, I started my career in labor and delivery and have loved it ever since.” Victoria E. Richione. While obstetrics is exciting to Victoria, her passion lies within family planning with a strong emphasis on patient education. “I always want my patients to be heard, no matter what they need to say. I am always there to listen to concerns, questions, and excitements. Mutual respect is important in a successful provider/patient partnership.” Victoria.

Victoria was raised in a small town outside Scranton, Pennsylvania, and married her high school sweetheart. After enjoying many vacations to Orlando, Florida, throughout the years, Victoria and her husband decided to follow their dreams and relocate to central Florida. Her husband works for Walt Disney’s Imagineering, and they enjoy everything Disney does, including restaurants, resorts, and theme parks. In November 2021, Victoria was married in the Disney Wedding Pavilion at the Grand Floridian Resort.

What Our Patients Say

What an exceptional experience! I have never been to a nicer medical office. Ever! I was let called in after a second of completing my check in and everyone was so very nice. I wish i knew the name of the assistant that answered all our questions, she was very nice and informative. Don’t hesitate ladies!

Alaa Fahem patient

The staff and everyone I met on the care team were extremely warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Although visit times are short, they made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. Even though they spoke quickly (lots of info to share in a short 15 minute slot) I never felt rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend this location and especially Dawn.
