Dawn Ammirata, APRN, is a board-certified women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. 

I have been a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner for 22 years. My inspiration to pursue a career in healthcare stemmed from my grandmother’s example as a nurse.

I have a passion for nursing and treating my patients throughout their lifespans using an individualized approach and working together to maintain optimal health for them.

As a founding family of the town of Celebration, Dr. Marcantel opened Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1998 on the founding principles of providing exceptional service to women’s healthcare.

Our practice was founded on pro-life values, and my goal is to provide the most comprehensive medical care to every woman who walks through our doors.

We care for women throughout every stage of their healthcare life.

Dr. Yamines Alifonso-Amador comes to Celebration Obgyn with 13 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. 

I love to care for my patients as if they are my family. I am passionate about preventive medicine and love to promote wellness in all aspects of life: mental, emotional, and physical.

As a doctor and mom, I know about the importance of being healthy to take care of our kids and families.

MD, FACOG

Dr. Lemert joined Celebration OBGYN in January 2010, and specializes in Basic Infertility & Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Comprehensive Gynecology, Minimally Invasive, and Laser Surgery.

I have served as the Director of Medical Education in Pittsburgh, PA and assisted in managing the High-Risk Pregnancy Clinic.

Supporting the communities I've resided, I've served on several hospital leadership committees and was a Women’s Health Lecturer for the Carnegie Library.

I practice chemistry through gourmet cooking and home brewing in my spare time. I am also an avid reader of multiple subjects along with being a music enthusiast.

Norris M. Allen
MD, FACOG

Dr. Norris M. Allen grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Family Planning, Invasive Surgery, and Prenatal Care

Initially, I wanted to become a radiologist but switched to Obstetrics and Gynecology while in my fourth year of medical school. The ultrasound diagnostics of the fetus were particularly interesting, and as they say, the rest is history.

I enjoy supporting humanitarian efforts by participating in medical mission trips and am very involved in my church.

My deep love for helping the impoverished and needy provides insurmountable amounts of appreciation and gratitude I have been given throughout my life.

Dr. Adriana Luciano is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist, specializing in both high and low-risk obstetrical patients, adolescent gynecology, and preventive care/contraception.
