Dr. Kiefer is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist who focuses on delivering outstanding care for women with complex pregnancies. His expertise covers perinatal ultrasound, prenatal genetic screening and diagnostic testing, preterm labor, maternal medical complications, and multiple gestations.
His research, published in the areas of preterm labor and complications of cesarean birth, contributes to his field. He is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Institute for Ultrasound in Medicine, and is a Board-certified Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Originally from Philadelphia, Dr. Kiefer relocated to Orlando in 2017. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Florida’s outdoors with his rescue dogs, dining out, traveling, and indulging his love for Disney. He also treasures time spent with friends and his fiancée in the vibrant Orlando community.
Since 2010, has worked as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician at Lehigh Valley Health Network (Allentown, PA), Billings Clinic (Billings, MT), and most recently Women’s Care (Orlando, FL).
Dr. Kiefer has held several academic positions, including Assistant Professor at USF Morsani College of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine.

What an exceptional experience! I have never been to a nicer medical office. Ever! I was let called in after a second of completing my check in and everyone was so very nice. I wish i knew the name of the assistant that answered all our questions, she was very nice and informative. Don’t hesitate ladies!
The staff and everyone I met on the care team were extremely warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Although visit times are short, they made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. Even though they spoke quickly (lots of info to share in a short 15 minute slot) I never felt rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend this location and especially Dawn.
